Looking for an internship in Cape Town? We want you! As an intern, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, manage and route support tickets, escalate issues as needed, and ensure SLA and KPI compliance. Qualifications include a National Senior Certificate (Matric/N3), A+ or N+ certification, and knowledge of soft skills and ITIL Foundation (required for Senior Service Desk Agent roles).

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls
  • Make outbound calls
  • Ensure tickets are updated accordingly
  • Handle FCR tickets
  • Route tickets to second line as well as external Vendors
  • Ensure tickets are logged with all SLA’s currently in place
  • Ensure that KPI scores are met
  • Compliments and complaints/ escalations received and escalated to team leaders

Qualifications

  • National Senior Certificate/ Matric/ N3
  • A+ /or N+
  • Soft Skills and ITIL Foundation (Requirement for Snr
  • Service Desk Agent)
  • Technical IT Qualification
